Target Audience
- employees of Southwest Airlines to find out what their fellow co-workers have to say about their experiences at the company

Usefulness of Content
- many times hide a companies inner workings, but Southwest allows interested parties to really get to know what happens at Southwest
- comes from actual Southwest employees so is more credible information
- allows for customer feedback, engaging the consumer & can make the company better by them learning from participants in the blog
Consistency of Design
- draws the reader down the page with all the content centered in the middle
- a lot of white space, but use the company colors to enhance the look
- provide a snippet of the post, followed by a link to the entire post & a link to leave a comment
Ease of Navigation
- have to scroll pretty far to get to the last entry
- ability to turn the blog into an RSS feed
- can easily find Southwest related links, archives of the blog, & other related links to the airline business
- can search for topics or look under designated topic categories
- make it easy to return to the home page--just click on the peanuts!
