http://www.asiafood.org/

Intended Audience: Those interested in Asian recipes, food, food culture, and Asian culinary arts.

Usefulness of Content: It contains a variety of recipes that primarily feature Asian food culture which shows detailed ingredients and cooking process that anyone can follow.

Consistency of Design: On the top row of the web site shows a larger category of food related topics: Recipes, features, restaurant, food links, and cooking schools. Each major topic contains detailed information. When you click each major topic, you will see the pertinent detailed information (sub-category) on the left column of the web site consistently. Its relevant detail is displayed in the middle of the web throughout. The color theme is apropos to its major topic on the top row.

Ease of Navigation: I find the ease of navigation very closely related to consistency of design:
The web is organized in such an order as any logical thinker would expect. The top row always shows the major topic of any interest area; on the left column are the sub-topics related to each major one. The orderly, inductive manner of the design actually helps searchers to easily navigate what to find. Though one does not know what it's all about, "search" engine is available for whatever navigators want to find on the web.
