It mainly caters to women who are into celebrity gossip and fashion. A woman who likes to keep up with what the latest trends are and what famous people are doing.
Usefulness of Content:
This site definitely caters to who they are targeting. They provide current news/gossip, and pictures and video of stars and style. This isn't very useful when it comes to day to day life, but it does provide entertainment to its intended audience.
