Usefulness of Content
The content of this site is primarily blurbs and links to articles, blogs, and other such content about recent news, especially those concerning technology and science. Its content is therefore useful to those seeking to stay at least somewhat up to date on tech news.

Consistency of Design
The design of Slashdot is very consistent, as it has the same navigation tools and layout for every section. The site is also well designed, with a simple and accessible layout and the ability to easily distinguish the boundaries between blurbs.

Ease of Navigation
Slashdot is generally easy to navigate. It is easy to switch between news about different topics, such as games, Linux, Apple, science, and others. The only issue I've had is that sometimes it's easy to get lost in the comment sections, particularly when it is in threaded view. Other than that, navigation within the site is simple.
