The target audience of this website is anybody looking for information about recycling in the Austin area.

Usefulness of Content
The content of this site contains much useful information, such as the location and hours of operation of Ecology Action's locations. The most potentially useful information though is in the section labeled "Disposal Dictionary", which lists various items and the locations around Austin that you can take them to be recycled.

Consistency of Design
The design of this site is consistent, but simple and unexceptional. The pages all have the same basic style, with a separate frame for the navigation bar on the left, and a basic black on white style. Unfortunately the pages also consistently have a cluttered and busy feel to them, with a lot of information on a single page.

Ease of Navigation
This site is somewhat easy to navigate using the navigation bar in the separate frame. My biggest concern is that the link to the home page isn't placed in a particularly prominent place, since it is near the bottom of the links. I also don't like that the navigation bar is in a separate frame, as it makes it a little more inconvenient to scroll, since you have to click on the other frame.
